Fixed invalid/unsafe phrase markup that could break page output:
The phrase n97_betterlogout_copyright_branding previously contained a full HTML document structure (<!DOCTYPE html…><html><body>…).
Replaced with a clean single anchor tag only, preventing layout/DOM breakage in templates and ensuring valid output.
